What is the eligibility criteria for appearing for IBPS?


Sir, my query is this that I am an pass out student from B.Sc IT. Am I able to give an exam for IBPS so post for it Manager in any government banks? What is the syllabus and exam pattern of IBPS?

Yes, B.Sc. IT graduates from a recognized University are eligible for IBPS exams.

Syllabus and Exam Pattern of IBPS PO is mentioned below.

IBPS PO Preliminary Exam Pattern
English Language - 30 questions - 30 marks - 20 minutes
Numerical Ability - 30 questions - 30 marks - 20 minutes
Reasoning Ability - 35 questions - 35 marks - 20 minutes

IBPS PO Main Exam Pattern
Reasoning & Computer Aptitude - 45 questions - 60 marks - 60 minutes
English Language - 35 questions - 40 marks - 40 minutes
Data Analysis and Interpretation - 35 questions - 60 marks - 45 minutes
General, Economy/Banking Awareness - 40 questions - 40 marks - 35 minutes
