Re: What is eligibility for doing LLB after graduation?
As per the Bar Council of India norms, the minimum education required to pursue LLB (Bachelor of Legislative Law) degree course is a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 45% marks in aggregate (or 42% marks in aggregate in case of OBC category candidates and 40% marks in aggregate in SC/ST category candidates) from a recognized university.
So, having 43% marks in your graduation degree course, you are eligible to pursue LLB degree course only if you belong to general and SC/ST category. For more details regarding Bar Council of India admission criteria for LLB admissions, you can refer to the link http://www.barcouncilofindia.org/edu...rses-in-india/. |
