sir, am abishek and i wanna know how to join in Indian Air Force with my 12th qualification and i wanna know about the details of eligibility for joining IAF. PLEASE MAKE ME KNOW ABOUT THE DETAILS BREIFLY..........

## As you have completed 12th, you can join in Indian AirForce by clearing NDA exam
## NDA examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice every year to recruit the candidates in various vacancies of AIRFORCE,NAVY and ARMY WINGS of National Defence Academy
## Minimum educational qualification required to apply for AIRFORCE,NAVY wings is 12th pass in 10+2 pattern with physics,mathematics subjects & for ARMY wing is 12th pass in any discipline (or) equivalent examination conducted by a state education board
## Age limit to apply for NDA examination is 16.5-19 years and the candidate must be physically & medically fit as per DEFENCE regulations
## Unmarried male candidates only are eligible to apply for NDA exam

* Weight – Should be Correlated

* Leg Length – 99-120 cm

* Tigh – 64 cm

2- Your age must be an between 16.5 to 19 years,

After 12th standard with Science stream you can join Indian Air Force wing through cracking NDA entrance exam.

NDA - National Defence Academy, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDAi and NDA-II for an entry in to Indian Army and Navy along with Indian Air Force wing of NDA.

Eligibility Criteria for IAF of NDA:-

-The candidate must be an unmarried Indian male candidate only.
-Should have either appear for the final 12th exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board.
-Should be within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with no upper age relaxation for reserved candidate.
-Should have possessed good Physical and Mental health.

Eligibility Criteria:

You should complete the 12th standard from recognized state board of India.

Percentage not required for this exam.

PCM subjects are compulsory for the Indian Navy & Air force exams.

You should be origin of India.

Your age limit should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

No upper age relaxation is applicable for other categories.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this exam.

Female candidates are not eligible for this exam.

Candidate should be physically & Medically fit for this exam.

IAF stands for the Indian Air Force .It is one of the wings of defense .With 10+2 as academic qualification ,the only entrance exam level is National defense academy exam conducted twice every year by the UPSC.

So in order to join IAF ,you need to crack the NDA entrance exam.

The eligibility criteria for the NDA /NA entrance exam :

>>Minimum of 10+2 required from a recognized board with maths and physics as compulsory subjects for the IAF that is you must be of science stream for the Air force.

>>Your age should be between 16.5-19 years .No relaxations applicable to anyone of any category .

>>You must be unmarried male Indian citizen.

After satisfying the eligibility criteria ,you need to apply for the exam .The important dates for the NDA I exam in 2014 :

Last date of receiving application:20/01/2014

Date of examination is :20/04/2014

Its nice to see that you are interested in the Indian Air Force and want to join the same.

The Indian Air Force is one of the wings of National Defense Academy. As we all know that the Union Public Service Commission conducts the NDA Examination twice every year through which candidates can join the following wings :

* Indian Army

* Indian Navy

* Indian Air Force

So by cracking the NDA Examination , you can join the Indian Air Force right after passing the 12th board exam.

But you need some qualifications in order to appear for the NDA Exam. These are :

** The candidate must have completed 12th with PCM from any recognized board.

** There is no any specific percentage bar.

** Candidates studying in std. 12th can also apply.

** The Age Limit for NDA Exam is 16.5-19 years with no further relaxation given in upper age to any one.

** The candidate must be an unmarried male.

** The Candidate must be an Indian. OR A Subject of Bhutan OR a Subject OF Nepal.

If you have the above mentioned qualifications then you can easily appear for the NDA Exam.

The Pattern of the NDA Exam is :

1) Written Examination

2) SSB Interview

3) Medical Test

Since , the NDA Exams for the year 2013 has already been conducted so you have to wait for the NDA Exams to be conducted in the year 2014.
