Whether it is necessary to qualify 12th for Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) or not? And if someone have not done 12th and completed his degree so is he able to give exams and to proceed further?

The eligibility criteria required to apply for Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission exam is Candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidate age must lie between 21 to 30 years. Upper age relaxation are available for reserved category candidate.

Without 12th degree you are not eligible to Bachelor's degree. So, you are not eligible to apply for Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission Exam.
