Are you doing a job? if yes then your job location must be within 70km from MSU premises. And your home address must be in 16km from MSU.
If not then you can't apply for part time degree course.

In which year you passed your diploma? if you are fresher than you can directly APPLY for part time degree course BUT you must be doing a job withing 70 km from MSU premises.
