It is the special commission granted to the serving soldiers. Soldiers who have completed their five years of service in the Indian Military are eligible for it.

Age of soldiers should be at least 28 years and it should not exist 35 years.

Candidates should have completed at least their 10+2 from the recognized board.

Candidates should be recommended by the GOC and commander of respective formation.

If you are recommended then, the next stage is the SSB interview. After qualifying in SSB round they have to go through the medical test.

Once, you cleared all the stages then you will be admitted for training and after completing training you will become an officer in the lieutenant rank.
