There is no Fixed Gate score for M.tech admissions. It varies for every year depends on how many students get qualified in GATE that current year...
Gate Score Minimum of 550(for open category) is required for NIT's and more than 650 for IIT'S..
More than 500 is required (for SC/ST category)...
