GATE score required for admission in NITs? Do NITs conduct their own interview and written test like IIT's? After M.Tech what are the chances of getting placed and how much package can I get?
hi all.. plz tell me how much GATE score is required for getting admission inNIT's
and do NIT's too conduct their own interview and written test as IIT's? one more thing after completing mtech course what are chances of getting placed ,waht are the packages and aslo which kind of jobs? i will appreciate any help from you..thanx in advance

Hi
I am a student of NIT Calicut. GATE rank of about 1500-3500 is sufficient to get a seat in NITs. it varies very much according to the NITs. most of the NITs conduct their own Interviews. There are no written exams after the GATE exam for selection into the NITs. there are good chances of getting placed, even in NITs. packages vary from branch to branch and varies among the NITs.

i have a gate score of 420 in mechanical engineering in gate-2012. can i get a call from bhel? can i get any nit?

I HAVE SCORED 388 IN MECHANICAL IN GATE 2012 CAN I GET A NIT

i got 35 marks in gate 2012 in cs. Is there any chances of getting an iit? Im an sc candidate.

I got 1955 as gate 2012 rank in Electrical engineering and gate score of 539
Will I get admission in IITs and NITs.? OR any chance in IOCL BHEL powergid etc?

I got 395 score for gate 2012. my all india rank is 6467.... will i get an admission in NIT

i had got 185 gate score , sc category , electrical branch , so can i get admission into any nit ?
