i m 12th pass, so what i have to do first

first you have to qualify its entrance exam nift.

NIFT conducts every year a written Entrance exam for the students who wish to do the Bachelor programmes: B.Des (accesory design, fashion communication, fashion design, knitwear design, leather design, textile design), B.F.Tech (apparel production).

The application Forms are available in the month of november to january & a written exam is conducted in the month of February.Declaration of written examination result is in the End of March and Situation test/group discussion/interview is held in the month of April-May.

Prospectus can also be obtained from any of the NIFT centres by hand for Rs 250/- or by post on payment of Rs 350/- by way of demand draft in favour of NIFT payable at New Delhi.

This year the entrance exam has already been conducted.
So, you can apply next year for the entrance exam.

Last year application form were available from November so this year too you should
be alert from November so that you can apply on right time.

There is an entrance exam to get into the NIFT. As the entrance exam for this year has already taken place in the month of february you hav to try for the next year. The application forms are issued from the month of november.
