CS i.e. company secretary is a senior position in a private sector company or public sector organization. CS can be classified into three Categories for Certification:
CS Foundation,
CS Executive,
And CS Professional Programme.

Eligibility criteria:

For Foundation Programme candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.
For Executive Programme, candidate should have completed his/her graduation from a recognized college/university
For Professional Programme candidate has to complete Executive Programme first.

Duration:

Duration of Foundation Programme is 8 months
Duration of Executive Programme is 9 months
Duration of Professional Programme is 10 months

Salary:
Starting salary of CS is between Rs 3 lakhs to Rs 5 lakhs per year.

LLB i.e. Bachelor of Legislative Law is an undergraduate law course. There are two options to pursue LLB course:
One is the 3-year course the eligibility criterion for which is graduation
And the other is an integrated course of 5-year duration. Admissions to this course are based on entrance exams like CLAT, LAWCET etc.
