Msc in plant pathology is very good field having wide future scope.As far as jobs,opportunities and scope is in plant pathology concerned one can go in government sector,private sector and personal business.After a candidate has received his master degree he can opt for aforesaid sectors.After completing your Msc in plant pathology you can join as Plant Geneticist,Plant Breeder,Aquatic Botanist,Limnologist,Physiologist,Professor,Consul tant and Agricultural Engineer or Inspector at district and state level.
Employment opportunities are also available in areas like research, product development, sales, teaching, extension, administration, regulatory wrok, and private practice.
Plant pathologists find jobs mainly in research labs,agricultural development organizations under Indian council of agricultural research (ICAR) as well as in universities as professors/teachers.
