what is last date online pmt forms...please tell me the date for it

The Haryana pre medical test conducted by Maharishi Dayanad University,Rohtak for admissions to undergraduates students who are in interested in Medical and Dental courses.the students of haryana are the only students can write PMT test.

The PMT test is a multiple mode objective test with three hours duration of time.It consist of 180 questions (i.e., physics ,chemistry& biology )from each subject 45 questions with maximum of 720 marks. There is also a negative for each wrong answer and the medium of paper is english.

Important dates
date of entrance exam: july 1st week 2012
availability of application forms: May End-June 2nd week,2012
last date for receipt of completed application forms : june 3rd week,2010

you have two submit from by 25-01-2012 with no late fee.
if you submit from 26-01-2012 to 08-02-2012 with frist late fee of rs 500.
