What is the main difference between recruitment process of Wipro and TCS?
I have two options in front of me either to apply for Wipro or TCS. I'm bit worried about interview. Can anybody tell me about the main difference between recruitment process of Wipro and TCS?

TCS has a better work culture, better growth rate than Wipro. TCS has a more onsite opportunity, Good training program for freshers (ILP). In Wipro, you have to clear exams to get promotions. Though workload depends on project to project, Wipro has way too much workload with less pay compared to TCS.
