Hello,
As my past experience if you are talking about campus recruitment definitely you have a chance if you clear the written exam and make it to the interviews. Remember at last this are only primary cut off stages if you clear all your backlogs before final year they dont seem to have any problem. so i suggest you dont loose hope they will allow you. Best of luck |

TCS allows if you have 1 or 2 backlogs but once you clear the written you really need to impress the HR and make him believe that you can clear the backlogs before you join the company...i have seen one of my friend get in TCS when he had 1 backlog...

hi friend,
TCS expects candidates to have minimum of 60% of marks in their 10th 12th and degree. also candidate should not have backlogs at the time of placements. history of arrears will not create any problem. so candidates with backlogs will not be allowed for placements officially. but few colleges allow candidates with one backlogs unofficially as they can clear their arrears before joining. so talk with your college placement sir and try for sitting in TCS. but still you need to clear your arrear soon else it will definitely affect your career. its better to clear your arrears before placements will be my advice. gud luck

Sorry there is very less chance that TCS will recruit you. Either you have to left your job or join any other Mnc’s if you can get the job.

No, you will not be selected to any mnc’s campus placement because any company will not give you permission with your backlog first you have to clear your all back subjects only then you are eligible to apply for any job in any organisation.

Does TCS' recruitment process allow candidates with backlogs? TCS eligibility criteria :
Only you need to clear all backlogs before applying for TCS. You are not going to face any difficulty if you have already cleared all of your backlogs. Please also have a look on other criteria mentioned above before applying. With Regards ravik1214 |

Companies like TCS are not bound to any condition so they changes their policies according to situation. They can allow candidates with backlogs but this is not necessary so don't loose hope. It depends on your luck.

No my friend, TCS or any other leading IT companies are not allow the students who have due backlogs... If you want to sit in campus drive of TCS then you must have to to clear the backlogs first.. So, first clear the backlogs.. And you must have 60% aggregate throughout the career after clearing the backlogs.. So, all the best.. |

Sorry to say that if you've any backlog, then you won't be allowed to attend the TCS campus drive.TCS clearly mentions that it will recruit those candidates who have secured 60% aggregate mark through out their career with no backlog at the time of recruitment. Also with having any backlog in your degree, you will face a lot of problem in future. So you just need to concentrate on your study and clear the backlog paper.
Best of Luck,,, |

its advisable to clear all backlogs before sitting for TCS campussing because if you dont, then it may reduce your possibility of getting selected..
In particular,TCS doesnt allow students with backlogs to appear for campus interview.. |
