Sir, I have completed my degree (B.Sc) with 55% marks and I completed my Post Graduation Political Science (M.A) with 68% marks from DR. BR. Ambedkar Open University (distance mode) and I qualified in TS-STATE ELIGIBILITY TEST - SET. Age 32 years and I belong to Schedule Caste category. Now, am I eligible for JRF and PhD?

In every Ph.d entrance examination, a cut off marks is decided. If a candidate scored more than the cut off marks. Then he/she will be considered as JRF.
Your SET rank matters to do Ph.d . Apply for various universities Ph.d programme in your state. Then you might be considered as a JRF.
