IBM is one of the leading IT company in India as well as all over the world .Every year IBM recruit huge number of candidates through on-campus and off-campus.

Those candidate have completed B-TECH , MCA, M-TECH or equivalent degree from recognized university with through out 65% marks are applicable for IBM recruitment.

Process of above companies recruitment-

1)Aptitude Test
2)Technical test
3)HR

If you are not fulfill the above criteria then you should go for higher study like M-TECH ,MBA ,PHD .So prepare for GATE , MAT , CAT , CMAT Exam.

International Business Machine(IBM)

Eligibility criteria required to get jobs in IBM :

Educational qualification :-

• Candidates who have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information of at least 4 years or Post Graduation degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Application will be eligible to get jobs.
• Valid bachelor or Master degree are : B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA.

Marks required :-

• Candidates minimum marks in Bachelor engineering degree/Post Graduation degree should be 70%.
• Candidates minimum marks in class X and XII should be 65%.

Candidates should have any backlogs at the time of interview.Candidates who have completed their course through Correspondence/Part time will not be eligible to apply for jobs in IBM.

Other conditions are :-

• Candidates minimum age should be 18 years.
• Candidates should have good Interpersonal,Communication Skills.Candidates should also have an excellent time management skills.

IBM Selection Procedure consists of 4 stages and these are :-

1)Written Aptitude Test :

• Matrix Test - Total time will be 15 minutes and number of questions will be 15.
• Number Series - Total time will be 15 minutes and number of questions will be 20.
• Aptitude and English Writing - Total time will be 15 minutes and number of questions will be 10.

2)Group Discussion - Under this a topic will be given and you will allowed to speak for 15 to 20 minutes.

3)Technical Interview - Under this stage questions will be asked from course background and from your project which you have made.

4)HR Round - Under this stage they will check your communication Skills,time management Skills and your confidence.

I got 64% in 10th ,56.4% in inter ,69% in degree and 70% in mca in 1st year can i get job in IBM?
