What are the minimum qualifications required to apply B.Ed in long distance? Can you please give me the complete details on this? It will be really helpful if you can answer me on this soon as possible. Awaiting for the response on this. Thank you!

Bachelor of Education or B. Ed is an undergraduate program of 2 years duration
the minimum criteria for this exam is Successful completion of graduation in any of Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) or Bachelor in Commerce (B. Com.) from a recognized university Having minimum aggregate score of 50 percent in graduation Having minimum aggregate score of 55 percent at post-graduate level |

B.Ed stands for Bachelor in Education and it is two year or four semester course. The required minimum qualification to get admission in course is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
The minimum required aggregate to appear in entrance examination is 50% relaxation for reserved category. So, if you have above qualification you can appear in examination for admission in course. |

B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is a 1 - 2 years course. This course can be done in regular or correspondence or distance education. Any candidate who wanted to become a government teacher/ lecturer need to complete this course.
The eligibility requirements for doing this course in distance are given below. Eligibility criteria: - The candidate should have completed their graduation/ post graduation level degree in any related stream with 50% from any recognized university. - Two years of teaching experience in any government schools or any government recognized schools. - The admission are given directly based on your previous years performance. - You need to visit the college and apply for admission. If you fulfill the eligibility requirements then you’ll get admission. There are many colleges which provide this course in distance mode. B.Ed stands for Bachelor of Education. The minimum academic qualification required for pursuing Bachelor's degree in Education is bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. Final year graduation candidates can also apply for the exam.
Minimum percentage of marks required in bachelor's degree to apply for B.Ed course is 50%. It is relaxed by 5% marks in case of reserved category candidates. If you are graduate with 50% marks then you can apply for this course from IGNOU, SOL DU, SMU etc. |

B.Ed is a professional course. This is 2 years course. If you want to do it through distance mode then it is possible.
Eligibility criteria for B.Ed Course: The candidates should have graduation with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university. Master degree students can also apply for B.Ed. Panjab University, Chandigarh Jamia Millia Islamia university, New Delhi Nalanda Open University, Patna Kakatiya University, Warangal Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Hyderabad Candidate should have to just following eligibility criteria to pursue B.Ed through correspondence: Candidates with at least 55% marks either in the bachelor's degree or in the masters degree in Science 8th class Social Sciences /, / humanity, bachelors in Engineering or technology which specialisation in science and mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent are eligible for admission to this program. One has to qualify the entrance exam conducted by the University. |
