Re: What is the passing criteria in 12th Physics in Bihar Board?
There are two sections one is theory consist of 70 marks and another is Practical consist of 30 marks.
In Theory section you have to secure minimum 21 marks out of 70 while in Practical part you have to secure minimum 12 marks out of 30. The overall minimum passing marks are 33 out of 100. |

Re: What is the passing criteria in 12th Physics in Bihar Board?
Subject wise passing marks is 30 marks in each subject.
300 marks are for the 1st division. 225 for 2nd division. In order to pass the intermediate exam, a candidate must obtain 30 percent of total marks in the theory portion of each subject and 40 percent of total marks in practical of each subject. In case a student fails in one subject only by not more than 8 percent marks or in two subjects by not more than 4 percent marks in each, he/she will be given the marks he/she is short of. If someone has obtained 75 percent marks in aggregate but has failed in one subject only by not more then 10 percent marks and cannot be allowed to pass under any other regulation, will be declared to have passed. THANK YOU. |
