Respected Sir, I am from Nepal and I have completed class 10th scoring 82% marks. Now I want to get admission in class 12th directly without completing class 11th. I want to know am I eligible to get admission in class 12th (Commerce) directly on the basis of my class 10th marks?

No, you can't get direct admission in 12th after completing 10th standard.

You need to complete 11th class after completing 10th class.

After completing 10th standard you have to choose the stream in which you have interested(Science,arts,vocational,commerce etc).

As per board rules & regulations first you should complete your 11th standard.

No, you cannot take admission directly for class 12 on the basis of the class 10th Board marks. Admission to class 12th level of study in every school of India is done on the basis of 11th level of study. It is important for every student to complete 11th then only they will be promoted to the 12th level of study.

So, no school will allow you to take admission directly to class 12th even if you are a good student or you are a topper of 10th board. There is a norm that every body has to follow.

The eligibility to get admission in 12th std is candidate must have passed 11th std. So, you have to take admission in 11th std and after pursuing and qualifying in 11th examination you will be eligible for admission in 12th std.

As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to get admission in class 12th (Commerce) directly without completing class 11th after scored 82% marks in class 10th. My suggestion to you is that you can first complete your 11th class from a recognized board then you can apply for admission in 12th class.

No you can't directly take admission in 12th class. In every board there is some criteria to go for next class and you can't break that criteria. You have to be go through the process. And the process is first do your 11th class than after pass 11th you will further go for 12th class.
