Is there any height or weight requirement for Civil Defence Guard? Could anybody please update me soon on this. And, is there any relaxation for any caste category of candidates?

There is relaxation in height for male applicants which is 157 cm for ST candidates and other tribes of Meghalaya. For other males it is 162 cms. For females, height requirement is 150 cms for ST candidates and other tribes of Meghalaya. For other female candidates, height is 154 cms.

Now going by height requirement as above, your weight should fit in the BMI according to your height
