How can I change my university from Mumbai university to Pune university after 1st year degree class being completed from Mumbai University?

No, you can't change from Mumbai university to Pune university after completion of your degree first year. You have to pursue complete duration of the degree from the same university where you have secured admission. In case, if you are not interested to pursue remaining part of the degree course from Mumbai university, then you can discontinue the course and you can take fresh admission in first year of degree course in Pune university.
