What is the procedure for direct entry in IPCC after completing masters degree with 68.5% from Nepal


I have completed Master Degree scoring 68.5% from nepal. What the procedure for direct entry in IPCC?

i got failed in cpt but i complete my b.com so can i get rageishter for ipcc
