Re: What is the process of CA after B.Com?
CA professionals are needed in almost every field nowadays. You should secure a minimum of 50 % marks in B.Com to be eligible for CA. The first step is to write the CA-CPT exam. Once you clear the exam, the next step is to register for IPCC. The students can register for CA final after completion of training, which is compulsory and 100 hours of ITT.

Re: What is the process of CA after B.Com?
The procedure of Chartered Accountancy Course starts with appearing for the Common Proficiency Test (CPT). It is mandatory to clear the Common Proficiency Test to get admission in the second stage of CA.
To clear Common Proficiency Test, candidate is required to score minimum of 30 percent marks in both sections of the exam. There are four subjects divided into two sections. 1. Fundamentals of Accountancy 2. Economics 3. Mercantile Law 4. Quantitative Aptitude However those who have completed graduation can skip the first step. Which means that graduate candidates are not necessarily required to appear for the Common Proficiency Test. They can take admission directly into the IPCC. For that you need to meet the following criteria. 1. Commerce graduates need minimum of 55 percent marks in bachelor course. 2. Non commerce graduates need 60 percent marks. Which means that if you have scored 55 percent marks in B.Com then you are directly apply for the IPCC. Otherwise you will have to appear for the Common Proficieny Test. Integrated Professional Competancy Course (IPCC) Group 1 1. Accounting 2. Business Laws,Ethics and Communication 3. Cost Accounting and Financial Management 4. Taxation Group 2 5. Advanced Accounting 6. Auditing and Assurance 7. Information Technology and Strategic Management |
