my wife failed to complete fybcom in 2011,so can she able to apply for completing tybcom in coming year 2013.or any alternate way to complete tybcom pls help us to understand .

i had completed s.y.b.com from college in 2010 and i have Decides get admmision in mumbai univercity for tyb.com. so gap certificate is nessesary for admmision? and when will star addmision in mumbai univercity. pls provide information to me.
