What is the process to work as RTO officer in Karnataka and get the job for a carrier to have a permanent job

Those who have completed their graduation, or diploma or class 12th are eligible to apply for the post.

There is no direct recruitment for RTO post, firstly candidate has to become lower grade officer like ARTO or MVI and after gaining some experience and based on work profile they get promotion to work as RTO officer.
Age limit is 21to 30 yrs.
