What is the qualification required for the post of Sailor in Indian Navy?

After passing 10th I started with Diploma in Computer Science and now I am in my 2nd year of Diploma Computer Science. Am I eligible to apply for the post of Sailor in the Indian Navy? If not, then what is the minimum educational criteria?
