** Qualification for statistical officer as given below.

:: You should have passed Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) with a second class.

:: You should have studied 2 among the following subjects from a recognized university: Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science.

** Age limit

:: The upper age limit to apply for the post of Assistant Statistical Officer is 36 years.

:: The lower age limit for candidates is 18 years.

:: Relaxation of age is applicable for candidates who belong to the reservation category.

The District Statistical office has the responsibility of accumulation and co-ordination of all statistical information.

:-Candidates should be an Indian citizen. Also they must be a domicile of the district where they wish to work. They should possess good academic scores in higher secondary examination or equivalent from any reputed boards.

:-Study 12th with Mathematics or statistics as one of the compulsory subjects and score good marks in these subjects.
