What rank would you get depends on how many students have scored more than 627 in IPE and more than 43 marks in EAMCET entrance examination.

There isn't any mandate that by scoring certain marks a certain rank has to be awarded every year to a candidate.

Moreover, you haven't mentioned whether it is for engineering or medical programs.

For your reference i would like to provide an approximate figure for your rank in-between
204052 and 205490 in EAMCET.
