i have got 145 total weighted score in ibps po 2012 so what about the chances to get the job

To apply for the IBPS you must follow the below steps ...

You must fulfill the eligibility criteria

You must be an INDIAN

Your minimum age should be 21 years

Till previous examination of IBPS for Clerical Grade the minimum academic qualification
required, was 10+2 but from the next IBPS examination (application process already
started) this minimum academic qualification required, has been changed to Graduation.

Therefore, you present qualification does not meet the eligibility criteria of any
IBPS examination. You will be in a position to apply for IBPS exams only after
completion of graduation degree.
