Cutoff for admission in top M.E colleges for OBC quota? Will I get a seat in government colleges?


can you tell me the cut-off top ME colleges fo OBC quota? I have have got 27.8 in (ME )tancet.will I get seat in goverment college?

The cut-off for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering for ST/SC/OBC should differen by 5% aggregate marks. Normally engineering colleges ask for minimum 50% aggregate marks form ST/SC/OBC candidates. In some collegs it is 45% as well. To get a seat in government college you have to score 80% or above in 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised school/board. Candidates are selected on the basis of merits in government colleges.

It is difficult to say whether you would get admission in government engineering colleges or not in the absence of your class 12 aggregate marks.
