I am an Advocate who passed out in LLB in 2016, now I am practicing advocate. I want to give JMFC exam and my age is 34 years. Am I eligible for the exam? Is there any age relaxation?

The eligibility criteria for JMFC examination is:

>>Candidate must have done bachelor's degree in law from a recognized institute. They must have minimum of 55% marks in LLB course.

>>The age limit for general category candidate is 21-35 years. There is upper age relaxation of five years for SC/ST candidates.

Maximum age limit to apply for JMFC exam should be 21 years to 35 years.
But for SC/ST candidate there is relaxation of 5 years and after that maximum years for them should be upto 40 years.
You are eligible to write JMFC entrance examination.

The full form of JMFC is Judicial Magistrate of First Class Magistrate.
