i live in bhopal.i have taken drop and i wish to get admission in dce next year.which would be requred for this

Admission in Delhi college of Enginnering :-Admission to the Bachelor Engineering course in DCE are done on the basis of the performance of candidate in the combined entrance test conducted by university of Delhi .

The combined test is conducted for admission to 85% seats of Delhi.

As you are from outside delhi region You need not struggle more.There are two ways in which delhi college of engineering seats are beig filled up.
1. 85% of seats of DCE are filled by candidates belonging to DELHI region.That is done by appearing in Combined Entrance Exam(CEE) conducted by them.For this candidates belonging to delhi are alone eligible.
2. Rest 15% of available seats are filled by Outside Delhi Region candidates.For this they need to appear for AIEEE exam.

So,You need to prepare best part for AIEEE exam because DCE takes outside region candidates through this.And for admission in DCE you need to secure a very good AIR in AIEEE i.e., upto 8000 rank.

to take admission in dce you are required a good rank in AIEEE .
you have to check your rank is suitable with the last year cut offs.
for the last year cut offs visit ccb.nic.in

dce college has 2 quotas namely
1) home state
2) all india

50% of seats are reserved for home state quota
you are from Madhya Pradesh so you are belongs to all india quota.

It is good to know that you a re aiming for DCE while taking a gap year for preparation.

The University of Delhi will hold the Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) for admission to First Semester of Bachelor of Engineering Courses for the session for DELHI REGION candidates passing from Schools / Colleges / Institute located within the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) and Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT). It will also take the rest 15% seas on the basis of AIEEE score

Educational Qualifications:

For admission to the bachelor of technology program the candidate must have qualified in any of the following examination with a minimum of 60% marks for having various degree courses.

1. Class 12th from the Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.) New Delhi.

2. Class 12th from the Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi.

3. B.Sc. (Gen.) Group A’ Final Examination from DU or equivalent.

4. B.Sc. (Hons.) Examination in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from DU or equivalent

5. Any other examination which is regarded as equivalent to Senior School Certificate Examination of the C.B.S.E

Age requirements:

1. Aspiring Applicant must be 17 years of age on or before the 1st October for this various courses offered by the DCE.

2. Relaxation of 1 year can be approved by vice chancellor at the time of admission.

well DCE is a government of Delhi College

and hence mostly Delhi Students get admission in DCE

(50% reservation) for admission in engineering courses

you need to appear in AIEEE

and score under 1000 rank so as to get admission in DCE

I think your question is incomplete because you not mention in your question that for which course you want to know that the admission process.

i am 2 year dropper and my rank in aieee AIR 348. In my class 12 exam i have got 53 percent.Can i get admission in DCE OR NSIT?

Iam going to appear in AIEEE 2012 and i secured my 12th from Kendriya vidyalaya chandgarh. May i appear in CEE?? because KV is a central school so i guiess there wouldn't be restriction for me.
or if i can't , then is there any other way like there application form or.. so that i have two chance with AIEEE ?/

i want to drop for 1 year could i get admission in dtu next year. my board percentage is 89% and jee main score is 87.
