what are the requirement for the mpsc & upsc , such as education , university etc.

A candidates eligibilty for UPSC:
Age Limits A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must be less than 30 years. The upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxable in the follwing cases: For Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe: a maximum of five years. For Other Backward Classes: maximum of three years. Defence Services personnel : maximum of five years Educational Qualifications The candidate must hold a degree from a government recognized university. |

i m 12th pass (year 2000),will graduate in 2017.will i be eligible for central govt job
