To respect sir , madam.
My question is ,
Can I able to appear upsc mpsc at the age of 30 yrs in open category?
Can I appear upsc mpsc while doing my degree with distance education . (Sikkim manipal university)

The eligiblity criteria for the upsc exam is:

* One must hold gradaution degree in any stream from recognized university.

* Age limit for the general category is 21-30 yrs

And some relaxation is given for obc and sc/st category.

I am happy to inform you that you are eligible for U.P.S.C and M.P.S.C at the age of 30 year after passing graduation from manipal university through distance course.

IMPORTANT DATE FOR CIVIL SERVICES, 2013:-
Date Of Notification:-02.02.2013
Last date of submission of form:-04.03.2013 (MONDAY)
Date of exam Prelims:-19.05.2013 (SUNDAY)
Date of Mains eXam:- 19.05.2013 (SUNDAY)

For giving the MPSC, there is an age criteria that your age should be in between 21-30 years of age being in the general category and as you fulfill this requirement, you are eligible of giving the exam. a relaxation of 3 and 5 years is given to the obc and the sc/st category students.

how many % minimum recqired for mpsc and upsc i got 59% in tybms so can i aapeared both exam category
