hello.. i just finished my mbbs,n not currently prepared for entrance exam.. wat r d short term courses or diplomo courses i can do as of now? i,m more interested in general medicine..

After completing your MBBS you can pursue Medical Post Graduate studies in MD or MS. But, then again they are a three years course. If you are not prepared for an entrance exam then you can do an internship from any medical college.

Candidates who have an MBBS degree, one year internship and a medical council registration are also eligible for admission to MD and MS programmes.

You can also do online diploma courses in medicine- Online Diploma in Family Medicine and Diploma in Emergency Medicine, from Apollo Hospitals.
Eligibility is an MBBS degree from any recognised college/institute/university.
Duration is of one year.
Course: Online Course Study and with Books, CD's with Practical Training at Delivery Apollo Hospital Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore and Kolkata.

I did my MBBS in 2006 n then worked as JR in pediatrics for 1 year; then got DNB peditrics in a reputed hospital; completed; now working as a Registrar in a corporate; but the only issue is that i have not passed DNB theory exam till date; appeared once only; and dont find much of time to study for same; Can u suggest some short course which atleast could help me in putting a degree post MBBS;
