Will there be any short term or Diploma courses available for me after completion of M.Com course?


Hello,
I am Pushpa T, I am waiting for M com 2nd year results(correspondence course in Bangalore University) and I wanted to know that any further short term, Diploma courses are available with relevant to my specialization (Accounting and Taxation), and about duration, institution, fees, and any suitable job.

After you masters in M.Com the courses which you can opt for are,
The Chartered Financial Analyst course, CFA designation is a mark of distinction that is globally recognized by employers and is high rewarding course.

The courses which can be done with B.Com are:

>CRISIL CAP(Certified Analyst Programme)
It is a two years course entry level programme.It combines Course work,Job assignments and Interactive seminars.
It deals with Commerce,Banking & Finance

>Executive MBA
This is a two years regular program.It also deals with Commerce,Banking & Finance

>EXecutive Pogram in Applied Finance.
It deals with MBA,PGDM,Management.This provide a good Knowledge about Finance.

>International Post-Graduate Diploma in Risk Management
This is a 1 year course you need to have atleast 50 % of marks to go for this course.

>M.Com
This is a two years course and it is a semester System

>Master in Finance Management(MFM)
This is a three years course and it is a part time course.It deals with MBA,PGDM and Management

>MBA
With streams like
Most of the Institutes offers specialisation in
Marketing
Finance
HR
IT
Retail Management
Insurance
Banking
Telecom Management
The last four are introduced recently in the Institutes.

The specialisation you choose will depends on your interest,ability and market demand.
The work that has to be done is also totally depended on the stream which you select.

You can also go for Courses like computer applications, computer skills can be done with B.COM graduation..like C, C++, JAVA..
Courses like accounting software can also be done with B.COM graduation..like TALLY..
And good communication skills will also help you always to build your career high..


Choosing the right specialisation is very important as it will guide atleast in the initial stage of your job.
