What should I do to get admission in BTech having 35 in Maths?
I'm qualified 12th in 61% with pcm and only 35 in math . I'm eligible for b tech? I'm OBC category what I do

For BTech , candidates must have 12th passed with physics, chemistry and biology with minimum 60%marks in the Subjects combined.
Candidates also have to appear in the entrance exam called JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. The course duration of this course is 4 years. |

Yes, even with 35 marks in Mathematics and overall 61% marks in 12th standard, you can get admission in B.Tech.
There are many B.Tech colleges that admit students to fill their seats so that their seats should not be vacant for particular academic year. So, you can get admission in those colleges. |

For getting admission in B.tech , candidate must have scored atleast 50% marks in PCM .
With 50% marks one can easily appear for JEE Main But for admission in IIT and NIT , you will need atleast 75% in PCM . College also matters in which one is taking admission, some colleges give preference to students who have scored well in their boards. Thus with such marks you can still apply for B.tech. |

Candidates who have done 12th degree with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 60%marks in all the subjects can do BTech.
The entrance exam called JEE Mains. Duration of this course is 4 years. |

Eligibility criteria:
1. The answer is Yes, you are absolutely eligible to pursue a B. Tech course after 12th if you have scored 45% or higher marks in 10+2 board examinations. 2. However, you must pass in all the subjects with atleast 45% aggregate marks in all of the major subjects. 3. Admission is merit- based as well as entrance test based. |
