First of all you have not specified in which stream of Air Force you want to join. Any way the minimum educational qualification for Air Man trades is Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination with Physics, Maths & English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Flying (Pilot) Short Service Commission (For Men & women) Both men and women are eligible to apply for short service commission in the flying branch. Educational Qualifications - 1. Any Graduate Degree ( Three year Course)/ BE / B Tech ( Four Year Course) with minimum 60 % marks in Aggregate in all papers put together in Graduation with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level. 2. Final Year students can also apply, provided they do not have any backlog and min 60 % aggregate marks in the previous year/ semester. 3. Advertisement Schedule: March and September Every Year You can join in education branch of Air Force as an officer for which educational qualification required is Post Graduate Degree with minimum 50 % marks in aggregate in English / Psychology / Defence Studies / Mathematics / Physics / Statistics / Computer Science / Management There are so many branches for which requirement of educational qualification are different but overall you should take physics, chemistry and mathematics in 10+2 level |

You should choose Physics and Mathematics as your major subjects, if you have to join the airforce.This is mandatory for all men who wish to become pilots. You have to clear the NDA exam conducted by the UPSC. All Indian nations not above the age of 19 years can give this exam. There are also options after graduation, engineering and post graduation. Decision should be based on the job profile that interests you.

As your goal to join in Indian Air Force.So take P.C.M stream in 12th class.Being in final year you can apply for NDA exam.This exam is conducted by upsc every year twice.If you qualify this exam you can get job in Indian Air Force.
Eligibility criteria for NDA exam: Candidates should have complete/final year in P.C.M stream from a recognized university can eligible for NDA exam Age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years. For more details,then see this attachment. |

hello
if you planning to join air forse then you should to take physics,chemistry,math in 11 or 12 as a main subject.for any wings it is must to take these subject in air force. thanks ***chandni*** |

For join Indian air force after 12th through N.D.A then you have to take physics, chemistry and math in 12th class. the exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year. so good luck! |

In the air forces their are three types of postings are available those are 1. ground duty 2. flying group You surely are propelled to newer heights in the flying branch of the Indian Air Force. You are trained either as a Fighter pilot, or a Helicopter pilot, or a Transport pilot and are a part of various peace and wartime missions. • Educational Qualifications 1. Graduate (Three Year Course ) in any discipline from a recognised university (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) / BE / B Tech (Four Year Course) . 2. Final Year students can also apply, provided thay do not have any backlog. 3. No Percentage Bar for CDSE entry. 4. As an engineer, you enter the Flying branch through the Air Force Academy. 3.technical group • Direct Entry Scheme After you have completed your engineering, you can join the Technical Branch through the Direct Entry Scheme. Both Men and Women can use this mode of entry to apply to the Indian Air Force. • University Entry Scheme (UES) Eligibility Criteria: Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics) & Aeronautical Engineering (Mechanical) All these jobs must need the minimum graduation .which job is suitable is decided in the final interview and the salary also decided at the time only |

You can chose the subjects in 10+2 is: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry. Eligibility criteria for the NDA exam: 1.Only unmarried male candidates are allowed to apply for the exam. 2.the education qualification is 10+2 with atleast of 60% marks with the maths or physics or chemistry streams. 3.The age must should be 16.5 years to 19years.
