What is the syllabus of confirmatory test of Auditor?

What is the syllabus of confirmatory test of auditor? Is this test compulsory for CGL passout candidate. I am an arts graduate and applying for Auditor in CGL 2013, SSC. If someone get selected in SSC but for some reason cannot clear the confirmatory test within the given time, then will he be removed or not ? Please answer
