i am now passed 10th class i want to give kvpy examination so please guide me in detail (from start to end)

I have overmall marks in 10th is 81.5% but i have 79 marks in maths and 64 marks in science can i give kvpy exam?

I am in 11 class, I have missed to apply my application on July so is there any other way to apply now in kvpy exam ?or is there any other mock test ?
