My sister now is in 8th and according to her age she is eligible for giving NTSE class 8th exam. Now I want to know what is the syllabus for exam? And when it will held? Date of exam and where this exam will be held?

The syllabus of National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) 2019 is broadly based on Class 9th and Class 10th only. There will be objective type questions for both papers i.e. Mental Ability Test and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) on relevant topics.

The Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) is based on questions from Social science, Science and Mathematics subjects.

The MAT paper will be based on questions for verbal and non-verbal abilities such as reasoning and critical thinking. Also, the topics will include analogy, classification, numerical series, pattern perception, hidden figure etc.

For NTSE Tier 2 examination, the question papers will be based on the CBSE Class 10th Syllabus for the subjects.
