What is the syllabus of Common Entrance Test for all Government Polytechnic Colleges in Uttar Pradesh? And, what is the number of seats available in these government colleges? Any reservation for any caste group candidates?

Admission to UP Polytechnic Institutes is done through JEECUP entrance exam.

Syllabus of JEECUP exam is based on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics subjects of 10th, 11th, 12th standard. There is more weightage given to Mathematics subject.

Polytechnic seats are filled through JEECUP counselling as per candidate's performance in entrance test. They will get seats as per their choices, merit and reservation as per the rules.

Each polytechnic institute have definite number of seats for admission. These seats number are defined in Information Brochure/Prospectus given in JEECUP official site i.e. https://jeecup.nic.in/
