What is the validity of BC-Non Creamy layer certificate?
I have a doubt regarding BC-Non Creamy layer validity for state government job verification. I took BC-Non Creamy layer certificate on 11th January 2018. Now, present month is August 2018, is it valid now? One of my friends told me that it was valid for 1 year and it is April 1st to March 31 when it got expired. Could you please give me perfect information.
