After passing 12th with commerce stream you have many option like:-
> B.Com Hons
> B.B.A
> C.A
> B.Com Banking Management
> B.Com Accounts
> B.Com Finance

After passing graduation you can do M.B.A or apply for Bank P.O exam.

The best option available for commerce student to go for Charted Accountancy(CA).
CA is one of among the toughest course and also in great demand in the marketing world.

For bankng related jobs, you need to have a graduate degree in any disciple from a recognized university with minimum of 50% marks.
Then you will be eligible to apply for banking examination.
IBPS conducts examination to recruit candidates to various banks at various posts.
State Bank of India conducts their examination separately to recruit at posts like clerk,Probationary Officer and many other.
