First of you must know that there isn't any benchmark that if a candidate scores 350 marks he /she shall be awarded a particular rank every year. Rank will depend on how many candidates appeared for the exam and how many of them scored more than the marks specified by you.
You haven't mentioned the name of the entrance examination you are seeking this information for. A lot depend on it, because the numbers of candidates appearing in AIEEE, GATE, WBJEE, CET etc entrance examination are not the same.

You haven't even mentioned whether the inquiry is for engineering, medical/dental etc exams.

In the absence of such vital information it is not possible to predict the rank.
