When can i fill the online form for net exam for december 2012

How can I get application form for examination december 2012?

Notification comes in end of september for december month exam 2012.
you can fill form online on ugc website.

Net exam conduct by ugc for lecturership and jrf in month of june and december.

For apply this exam you must post graduate degree with 55% from recognise
university.
