IBPS- Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. It conduct the bank exam every year and for 20 public sector of bank.

If you have completed graduation degree OR if you have completed diploma degree ,Then you are applicable for IBPS CLERK Exam.

Your age should be in between 18 to 28 years old.Age relaxation is provide for reserved category.

Selection process for IBPS Exam is 1)Written Test 2) Personal Interview.

New Pattern for IBPS Clerk Exam:-

Reasoning test- 40 marks
English language test- 40 marks
Numerical ability test- 40 marks
General knowledge test- 40 marks
Computer knowledge test- 40 marks

Total time 2 hr and Total Marks 200 marks .

Online submission date is already over on 05 November 2012 so you can wait for next notification .

IBPS conduct 5 Common Written Exams in an year

• 2 Common Written Exams for Probationary Officers
• 2 Common Written Exam for Clerks
• and 1 Specialist Officers Exam

We can expect the next CWE in 2013 only might me in the month of march.

IBPS had issued the Notification for PO/ MT CWE in the First Week of March, 2012 so we can expect same for next year too..

1. A candidate must have completed their Bechelor Degree with atleast 55% from recognise universities.
   
2. Age limit should be Not exist 28 years there is a relaxation available for OBC and SC/ST category students

Dear,

IBPS exams are of great center of attraction for graduate students as it is conducted in the pattern of common written exam that makes you eligible for 20 publis sector banks.

This exam for 2012 was expected to be conducted in aug-sept but is postponed. Last date of registration was 5th November. If you have registered then you will be eligible to sit for an online test which will be held in December. If you will qualify the online test you will be called for the common interviews.

Online test will consists of 200 question for 200 marks with 40 questions in each section and duration will be 2 hours.

The IBPS Clerical Exam will be held in December but unfortunately you can not apply for it now. The last date to apply for IBPS Clerk exam has passed. You must wait till next year to appear for the Clerical Exam.


The next exam would be conducted perhaps in March/April although there is no official announcement on that. You should visit the website of Institute of Banking Personnel Services - ibps.in for more information about the upcoming Clerk Exam.

6. The age limit is relaxed by 3 years for OBC.

7. SC/ST gets 5 years relaxation.

8. PWD gets 10 years relaxation in upper age limit.

from this year IBPS conduct only Online Mode examination

Syllabus for IBPS Clerks

Reasoning - 40 marks

Numerical Ability - 40 marks

you must qualify in each and every part

the qualifying marks for every part is 19 marks

17 marks for SC/ST candidates
