I am ravi sain persuing b.com 2 year. I want to join air force group 'y'.i want to know that when the vaccancies have come related this...please help me sir.

There is no fixed schedule when the advertisement for recruitment of Airmen Group 'Y' is published.

The advertisement for recruitment are published in Employment News and in national newspapers.

There are two different ways of recruitment of Airmen.

1. All India Test
Every year All India Test is conducted for recruitment of Airmen in Group 'Y'.
One should have at least 50% marks in aggregate in 12th (any discipline).
The age limit is 17-22 years.

2. Recruitment Rally
The recruitment Rally for recruitment is conducted in a some region (s) of country
and eligible candidates are required to participate in the recruitment rally at designated venue.
The eligibility criteria for this remain same as that of All India Test, with addition to
domicile criteria of the region. It is clearly mentioned in the advertisement of the rally.

There is only one way to stay updated about jobs suitable for you and that is
one national newspaper (TOI, Hindu) and Employment News.

The Recruitment Test for Group X’ (Technical) trades and Group ‘Y’ {For Auto Technician, Ground Training Instructor and Indian Air Force (Police)} trades Will be Held. The Recruitment Test is not for selection as Officers/Pilots/Navigators.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS – EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION is 10 + 2 Pass With Math and Physics.

--> entrance exam eligibility criteria:-

>You should be minimum 12 pass out
>age limit-16.5-19 yrs
>you should be an unmarried citizen of india

->Exam pattern:-

>paper i is mathematics of 300 marks
>paper ii is the general ability divided into two parts:-
>part A is english of 200 marks
>part B is general knowledge of 400 marks
>so total 900 marks

Then there is the interview session on the basis of which you are chosen,so,always prepare the interview session carefully and give it with full confidence.
