There is no fixed that only 4 Centers are there for AIIMS at Chennai location.

It might get changed year by year. Only 9 Places AIIMS Exam has been conducted. Below are the Names of 9 Places. But for Chennai the four you are Figuring out is quite absurd.

And No one can predict the Center in Chennai you will get it printed in your Admit card. There is no source from where you can get to know about the Exact Places of Centers in Chennai.

The center of examination once opted will not be changed any request for such a change will not be entertained.
