All India Engineering Entrance exam form will be distributed from the beginning of the month of December. Students can collect the application form from the different centers mainly in various Syndicate banks in various parts of the country.

The application form for AIEEE can be obtained through post from
Assistant Secretary (AIEEE)
Central Board of Secondary Education
PS 1-2, Institutional Area, I P Extension,
Patparganj,
Delhi - 110092
You will need to send a bank draft of Rs.500 in favour of
The Secretary, CBSE, payble at New Delhi. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category will need to pay Rs. 275 for the application form.

But beware of private shops selling the forms as they are often fake and will cause you a hell lot of trouble later on. good luck for your exams !

procedure:The above addresses sent to along with a bank draft of 500/- for General and OBC Category and 275/- for SC / ST candidates in favour of “The Secretary, CBSE”, payable at Delhi / New Delhi and a self – addressed envelope of 12″ x 10″.

This includes 50/- towards postal charges. Candidates appearing for both BE / B.Tech and B.Arch / B.Planning together should send their AIEEE Application Form along with additional fee in the form of Demand Draft of 300/- for General & OBC and 150/- for SC / ST candidates in favour of “Secretary, CBSE” payable at Delhi / New Delhi.

Online submission of AIEEE Application Form :

The online submission of particular may be made at website http://www.aieee.nic.in. The candidates should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. On submission of details, a Confirmation page with Registration No. shall be generated.

Candidates are required to take printout of Confirmation page and paste photographs, put left hand thumb impression and Sign in the space earmarked for the purpose. The confirmation Page is to be sent by Registered / Speed Post to CBSE and payment can be made as follows :

By Credit Card. (or)
Demand Draft from any scheduled commercial bank. (or)
Through challan form generated at the time of submission of particulars and down loaded from the website http://www.aieee.nic.in, payment may be made in any branch of Syndicate Bank across the country.
Candidates submitting AIEEE Online Application Form are required :

To retain a photocopy of Confirmation Page with Registration No. and
Copy of mode of remittance of Examination fee.
In addition to Examinations Fee, following Service / Processing Charges will have to be paid by the candidates.

For obtaining Information Bulletin along with AIEEE Application Form on cash payment 5/- through designated branches of Syndicate Bank or designated institutions.
For online submission of AIEEE Application Form with payment through Credit Card 2.25% of the examination fee
Instructions for completing and sending the AIEEE Application Form by post are given in Appendix V. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions carefully before filling up the AIEEE Application form. Instructions for online submission of AIEEE Application will be given on AIEEE website www.aieee.nic.in.

Request for change / correction in any particulars in the AIEEE Application Form shall not be entertained under any circumstances. The Board will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of non – acceptance of any correction / addition / deletion in any particular once filled in the AIEEE Application Form whatsoever the reasons may be.

Incomplete AIEEE Application Forms, or the forms having overwriting, shall be rejected.

u can buy the form from syndicate bank just fill the form and add ur 10th certificate(attested) also attest ur AIEEE form

Date of Examination: last week of April, 2011

Date of availability of forms: 3rd week of December, 2010 to 1st week of January, 2010

Last date for receipt of request for form: end of December, 2010

Last date for receipt of completed application form: 2nd week of January, 2011

Dispatch of Admit card: mid to end of March, 2011

Declaration of results: on or before 1st week of June, 2011

Dispatch of Score cards: mid-end of June, 2011

Please note that the dates are only tentative and are not final. The post will be updated as soon as the dates are officially released.

Eligibility Criteria for AIEEE Exam:

For admission through AIEEE a candidate needs to pass in Class 12th. A candidate can only appear for AIEEE 2011 if he/she has passed/appearing class 12th in 2008, 2010 or 2011. Those who want to appear for BE/BTech entrance should compulsory have Physics and Mathematics in class 12th and at least one of the subjects among Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science or Biology. Those appearing for architecture courses should have Mathematics in class 12th with at least 50% marks aggregate. Besides a candidate’s date of birth should be on or after 1st October, 1985

now when i gave aieee exam that was offline procedure but i will tell you the both procedure

army schools of your city
branches of syndicate banks in various locations

these form selling has not been started yet
it will start at the month of december starting

Sir, I want to apply for both BE / B.Tech and B.Arch / B.Planning on line. Kindly let me know the amount of fees to be sent as bank draft whcih is confusing in the instructions.

but,,the formss are nt available at the respected bank!!!

where i can get the aieee 2012 forms for ofline exam in mumai

From this year,you will not get the application form in any bank.You have to fill the application online and you can also pay the amount online too by entering 16 digits debit/credit card number.
